Shipping And Delivery
Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If you have placed an order with multiple items or with personalized and non-personalized items, please note that your item may arrive in different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 499. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns. A shipping charges of 149/-will be applicable to all orders under 499/-
Tracking
You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting 'Orders' from the top right corner and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.
International Shipping
What Is The Shipping And Order Handling Time?
Orders at TRENDING are usually processed within 15 business days. Some products, such as pre-orders and customized jewellery, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

How Do International Duties And Taxes Work?

Can I Cancel My International Order?
Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.
Can I Return My Product?
Yes, you can return your jewellery within 30 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging. Please send the product, packaging, and invoice to the below address:
Once QC is completed, you shall receive a refund within 15 days after adjusting any applicable fees and duties
