Shipping Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Please note personalized items will take longer to process. If you have placed an order with multiple items or with personalized and non-personalized items, please note that your item may arrive in different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 499. Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns. A shipping charges of 149/-will be applicable to all orders under 499/-

Tracking

You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp, email and SMS, once the order is shipped. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track it from your account on the website by Selecting 'Orders' from the top right corner and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return. Trending reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. In case you have purchased a Trending product from anywhere other than the Trending Website, Trending App or Trending Exclusive Stores, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

Refund Policy

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse and complete our QC process.

Replacement & Exchange

You can also avail replacement or exchange of your order as per your requirements. The conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns. Customers having any issues with the quality, size, missing items, received wrong product and product dislike can be replaced. Please Note Missing/Broken item verification can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video. Exception If there is a recurring issue. After receiving the replacement request we will arrange delivery for the pickup. Courier partners will then pick up the item within 5-7 business days. This item is then brought back to the where it is checked by the quality control team. Once the Exchange: product passes the quality control, a replacement is initiated Customers shall then be liable for any replacement once it passes all the investigation stages and the team comes to an integrated solution. Basic Tarnishing affairs will not be liable for any replacement until it's a recurring issue with any targeted product. Tarnishing is completely a natural phenomenon, but we use rhodium plating to prevent it. All silver jewelry tarnishes over time (when it is in regular use with water and cosmetics). Customers should be advised about the care instructions at the time of buying. Some separate care instructions are added to the website under Shipping and Handling.

Return Process

You can initiate a return request from our website or app. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be reinitiated again, and the overall timeline will increase. After receiving the return request, we will arrange delivery for the pickup. Courier partners will then pick up the item within 5-7 business days. This item is then brought back to the warehouse where it is checked by the quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, refund will be initiated to the customer bank account or store credit.

Care Note

Customers should be advised about the care instructions at the time of buying. A separate care instruction is added to the website under Shipping and Handling.

 

Note:

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.
